These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the services, products, and materials provided by Indoi KVC Group ("we", "us", "Indoi KVC"). By accessing or using our Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Account Registration & Security

We may suspend or close accounts that are inactive, violate these Terms, or are otherwise subject to a risk of misuse.
Permitted & Prohibited Use
Permitted use is limited to accessing and using the Platform as intended and permitted by these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Reverse engineering, tampering with, or trying to extract source code;
- Using the Platform to violate laws or third‑party rights;
- Harvesting data from the Platform without authorization;
- Circumventing technical protections or access controls.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, domain names, logos, trade dress, software, and other materials provided by Indoi KVC are the property of Indoi KVC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use Indoi KVC’s trademarks or other intellectual property without prior written consent.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of IndoKVC Content except as expressly permitted.
Payments & Subscriptions
Paid features are subject to fees, billing cycles and payment terms presented at the point of sale. By purchasing a subscription you authorize the charging of the payment method you provide. Subscriptions typically renew automatically until canceled.
Refunds are granted only as set forth in our refund policy or as required by law. We may suspend access for overdue accounts and take reasonable steps to recover unpaid amounts.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indoi KVC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Platform.
Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the total fees paid by you to Indoi KVC for the services under these Terms in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or a nominal amount where no fees were paid.
Privacy
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and share personal information. You acknowledge that any personal information you provide will be processed in accordance with that policy.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, and third-party outages may cause downtime. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify customers of scheduled maintenance where possible.
Third-Party Services & Links
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Indoi KVC is not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or other legitimate reasons. Termination does not relieve you of liabilities incurred prior to termination and certain provisions will survive termination.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated date and/or notice on the Platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Indoi KVC is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of that forum, except where otherwise required by law.
